1. Title: Project Leader for Device Development
(1). Des cription:
-1.1 Knowledge of production process of various LEDs
-1.2 Ability of device development, quality verification, reliability test
-1.3 Knowledge of the relative equipments, jigs, moulds-operation, adjustment, research and design.
-1.4 Materials specialist for optoelectronic devices; development and selection of new substrate materials with external and internal partners (e. g. SMT-packages, LED-light sources, Sensors etc.)
-1.5 Responsible for material roadmap generation and execution, including the standard of IQC (incoming quality control), SOP (standard of process), standard of OQC (outgoing quality control)
-1.6 Ability of cost accounting, price setting
(2). Qualification:
-2.1 Junior College of Science and Engineering background, working experience in LED industry or equivalent above 3years.
-2.2 Knowledge of software, such as PROTEL, OFFICE, AUTO CAD, etc, ability to 3D modeling
-2.3 Knowledge of various equipments, ability to design and make jig, model
-2.4 Knowledge of circuit, ability to simple circuit design.

2. Title: Special case leader& Process Management Leader
(1) Des cription of the Special case leader:
-1.1 Surveillance in process
-1.2 Defect correction and following up
-1.3 Difficulty control in process
(2) Des cription of the Process management leader
-2.1 Ability of the technical problems solving in process
-2.2 Take part in the contract Audit
-2.3 Draw up the technical documents of the distribution
-2.4 Responsible for the material quality
-2.5 Ability of the customer complain reply
-2.6 Responsible for the P/R of the new material, now technique, new product.
-2.7 Responsible for the reliability test and data collection
(3) Qualification:
-3.1 Junior College of Science and Engineering background, working experience in LED industry or equivalent above 3years.

(2) Qualification:
-2.1 Secondary school of Science and Engineering background, 1year working experience in the relevant field
-2.2 Experience of software, such as OFFICE, AUTO CAD
-2.3 Basic knowledge of Electronic materials
-2.4 Strong responsibility of the work and team spirit
4. Title: Sample Producer
(1). Des cription
-1.1 Samples made, test according to parameter or the customer’s requirement
-1.2 Responsible to the abnormal issue recording, and feedback to sales and QA Dept.
-1.3 Reasonable suggestion of the P/R of the samples and the material usage condition.
(2). Qualification:
-2.1Secondary school background and above, 1 year working experience in the relevant field will be superior
-2.2 Experience of software, such as OFFICE, AUTO CAD
-2.3 working hard and strong team spirit
5. Title: Device Development Commissioner
(1). Des cription
-1.1 Ability of new device development according to requirement of the Sales Dept. and Marketing Dept.
-1.2 Assist with leader to identify the quality, structure of the material and give some proposals
-1.3 Assist with leader for the cost counting and price setting
-1.4 Assist with leader for quality verification and reliability test
-1.5 Assist with leader for the standard setting for IQC (incoming quality control), SOP (standard of process), OQC (outgoing quality control)
